How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday. If you place your order before 11:00 AM, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow extra time during public holidays.
Please allow the time mentioned above for your PawsPalace products to arrive. You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
All international orders are fulfilled from our distribution centre to avoid any issues with customs tax.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim to Support@pawspalace.com within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It is also advisable to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Please note: If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility and reship the order. Any replacements in such cases would have to be at your expense.
My order shows it's been returned to sender, what is going on?
If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered to your address but it was unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to us. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that were unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.

I forgot to use a discount code on my order
